Returns

Customers receive a full refund on every returned goods following these conditions:

  • returned goods must be shipped back to BANALE s.r.l. via Ricotti 15, 20158 Milano, Italy within 14 days starting from the effective delivery day
  • shipping costs on returned goods are carriage paid returned goods must be packed and go with a cover letter indicating Order Number and customer name
  • damaged returned goods will not be accepted

Customer will receive an email confirmation that the returned good has been received by Banale.

Refund will be executed within 30 days from effective receipt of returned goods to the same payment account used for purchase.
