Returns

BANALE makes the full refund of the returns. The procedure to follow for returns is as follows:
  • returns must be sent back to BANALE s.r.l. via Ricotti 15, 20158 Milan, Italy
  • the shipment by the customer must take place within 14 days of receipt of the goods
  • shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • the products must be packaged inside their own box and wrapped with an accompanying letter indicating the purchase order number and the name and surname of the buyer
  • Products damaged by the customer, or in any case used, cannot be refunded
Once the shipment has been made, send a confirmation e-mail to support@banale.com with the details of the shipment (tracking code and courier).
Once we receive the returned goods, we'll issue a refund within the following 30 days.  Refunds are directed back into the account you made the purchase with. Contact us at support@banale.com for any information
